We could never find “the deferred payment was abolished” on Employment 24. Article 95 of the Decree settles it: “(4) Deleted <24 December 2024>.” Nothing in the current legislation provides a basis for it.

Past an ordinary wage of 2.5m won the total lands at 23.1m either way. Dismissal is barred by statute, service keeps accruing, and claims open one month in.

The provision never says “months used in common.” The ceiling turns on how many months each parent used, and a parenthesis states outright that the periods need not overlap. It also applies during pregnancy.
