These terms set out the conditions under which you may use the content and tools published at Everyday Lab (info-life.net, "the site"). By using the site you accept them.

1. What the site provides

The site publishes articles on tax, money, health and daily life in Korea, together with web-based calculators, free of charge. No account, sign-up or payment is required.

2. The nature of the content — the clause that matters most

Everything on this site, including calculator output, is provided for general information only. In particular:

• It is not tax, legal or medical advice. Decisions about your own situation should be confirmed with a qualified professional.
• It is not a recommendation or solicitation regarding any financial product. Nothing here urges you to open, close, buy or sell anything.
• Calculator results are estimates. They are built from published rates, tax tables and formulas; the actual amount depends on product terms, your circumstances and the issuing institution's own method. Every calculator article carries a "what this does not include" section — please read it alongside the result.

Figures that change over time — rates, limits, thresholds — are published with the year they apply to. Changes after that date may not be reflected, so confirm the current position with the responsible authority before acting.

3. Copyright

The articles, tables, illustrations and calculator code on this site are the property of the site owner.

• Quotation — you may quote limited extracts with attribution (the site name and the URL of the article).
• Not permitted — reproducing, republishing or redistributing whole articles or substantial parts of them, creating derivative works from them, or using them commercially, without prior written consent.
• Cited material — government and public-agency material quoted in articles remains the property of those bodies and is subject to their own terms.

4. Your obligations

• Do not interfere with normal operation of the site (excessive automated requests, load-generating access).
• Do not scrape or bulk-copy the content without permission.
• Do not alter the calculators or scripts and circulate the altered results.
• Do not use the site to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law.

5. Advertising and external links

The site carries advertising through Google AdSense. Advertisements and any transaction arising from them are between the advertiser and you; the site is not a party to them. Cookies and personalised advertising are covered in the privacy policy.

External links in articles exist so you can verify the source. The site is not responsible for the content, accuracy or policies of linked sites, which are governed by their own terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The site owner verifies figures against published primary sources and checks calculator output independently, but does not warrant completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information or calculations published here, or for their consequences.

The same applies where the service is interrupted by events outside the owner's control, such as hosting failures or power outages.

7. Corrections

If something is wrong, tell us via the contact page. The text will be checked, corrected, and the revision date recorded on the article. This is treated as an obligation, not a courtesy.

8. Changes to the service

The owner may change the site's structure, content or calculators, or discontinue parts of the service, without prior notice. Significant changes will be noted on the affected page.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the change and its effective date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction over any dispute follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
