Morning of Day 4

Weight this morning is 277lbs. Apparently in the pseudo-random-number generation world of my scales, I’ve gained 3lbs since yesterday. Yes, yes, I know some of you non-fatties will be saying I should only weigh myself once a week. I don’t care. I’ts my diet and I’ll do what I like. My fellow cuddly people understand, don’t ya’ll? Besides; once I’ve got about a week’s worth of daily weights, I’ll start using a rolling average, which should smooth out these bumps.

On the non-weight front, ouch! I’m constantly sore because of the new exercise regime (despite it not being anything like High Intensity Training yet). It’s mostly my upper torso, especially my biceps and pecs (chest), presumably because of the lat pulldowns and bench press respectively. They’re sore enough that they’re interrupting my sleep, and more last night than the night just after doing the weights. I think that’s Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. But anyway, it’s good (dull, distributed) pain, not bad (sharp, focused) pain, so I believe the correct response is to grin and growl and stuff.

So, ehrm, [cough]: Rraaoooorr! :-D
