Morning of Day 3
Weight this morning is 273lbs. That’s another 2lbs down. Total loss for the first two days is therefore 9lbs.
Perhaps what’s going in is that what I thought was a set of weighing scales is actually a wifi-connected stock ticker, and what I thought was units of “lbs” is actually “0.034 x DJIA”.
Now drinking tea with soy milk for breakfast. Seems to be avoiding the rice milk issue.
(P.S. By the way, I never actually had that final snack cookie from last night. Fellow fatties among you will understand why I wanted that fact recorded.)
