Gym

Oh, almost forgot - exercise.

Gym bunny wife and I went to the local gym. She powered away on the treadmill for about 35 minutes. I did 15 minutes on a cross trainer and then did some manly weight stuff:

  • Bench press: very small weights (not so much manly as 15-yr-old girly), 3 x 10 reps
  • Lat Pull Downs: bit bigger weight, 2 x 10 reps plus 1 x 6 rep (wimped out)
  • Leg Press Machine: 130lbs (less than half my bodyweight) 3 x 10 reps

then a bit of stretching.

As with the food, all I care about for the time being is building the habit. What matters for now is not really what I do at the gym, but rather that I do something.
