- Breakfast: Two veggie sausages, some hash browns, with salsa, in a tortilla. The sausages tasted like what I imagine pot-pourri would taste. A bit like Earl Grey tea. Not very sausagey.
- Snack: A banana
- Lunch: Tomato soup and a bread roll
- Some low-cal Minute-Maid Lemonade
- Dinner: E2D Vegetable curry. E2D Brownie for dessert (excellent brownie by the way)
- Snack: more brownie, with tea and soy milk
